The demand of real estate in Portugal is on the rise

The demand for property for sale is on the rise in Portugal and this is reflected in the length of time homes are on the market.

According to a report by some of the most popular real estate portals and magazines, around 14 percent of the properties purchased in February 2022 were on the market for less than a week. 15 percent were on the market between two weeks and a month, 25 percent between one and three months, 33 percent between three months and a year, and 13 percent have been published for sale for more than a year.

This trend is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to sell their property. On average, you have a good chance to sell your home in the first three months, or even faster than that.
